Often many organisations want to try Scrum or other Agile approaches without the full commitment of dedicated leaders. Although this is far from ideal, it is often the case. In Scrum, it could be having no dedicated scrum master or product owner role. Or, there might not be an Agile coach available to help guide your team. So what can you do if that is the case, how do you move forward?
