I was very fortunate enough to catch up with one of my favourite Linkedin Learning Course instructors, Kelley O'Connell; an avid agile advocate, practitioner of agile, and private consultant at Leading Advantage, Inc. We discussed her upcoming book, agile ways of working, thoughts on leadership and the exciting challenges that come with being an Agile Project Manager (APM)
